Schock Group began as a home renovation & construction company in 2016. In 2020, the company expanded its services to include engineering and land surveying, specializing in design and permitting for complex, high-end residential and commercial land development projects.

Today, Schock Group is dedicated to providing top-tier engineering and land surveying services. While we are no longer involved in active construction, we bring valuable firsthand experience from the job site, offering our clients practical insights gained from the field.

Schock Group takes its name from Ellenor Schock-Davis, a family member of our founder, who spent her lifetime working in and contributing to architecture and construction businesses in the Philadelphia area.
